We are now soliciting ads for the 2010 Louisiana American Legion Baseball State Tournament Program. Why are we coming to you for donations? The answer to that question is that neither the National Organization or the Department of Louisiana supplies any money for this great program at the District or State level. It is left up to each individual post to raise whatever money is needed to carry on this program. To do so we need your support. Any amount that you can contribute will be greatly appreciated. The money will be used to help fund the cost of the motel rooms, umpires, purchase balls and other items needed to conduct the tournament.

The age 17 & under and the age 19 & under tournaments will be at Griffith Memorial Stadium in Minden this year (2010). The age 17 & under tournament will be July 16 - 20 and the age 19 & under tournament will be July 23 - 27. Please make your check payable to Wiley-Pevy Post 74 and mail it with your information for the ad to Roy Kirkham, 1125 Homer Road, Minden, LA 71055.
