    In recent years it has been a struggle to maintain the home of Wiley-Pevy Post 74 which was built in 1951. As the building gets older our expenditures increase greatly and our income seems to decrease. The heavy rains and record breaking cold weather has damaged the roof over the kitchen, men's lounge and men's latrine, resulting in numerous leaks and requiring immediate action to prevent interior damage. Our plan is for a permanent fix by installing a metal roof over the affected area at an estimated cost of $5,000.00.
